Grotech Distribution ltd is a supplier of specialized commercial hydroponic equipment in the UK.  We are situated in Essex in the South East of England, close to London and major UK ports.  Our aim is to supply innovative products from industry leading manufactures to professional growers.  Our service backed up with class leading customer service and advise based on 26 years of experience in the industry.

We work with registered UK hydroponic retail outlets throughout the UK. All customers must open a trade account to place an order.

How to open an account

Account applications can be made by completing the trade account registration at the bottom of the home page.  All account holders must be a registered UK business with retail premises and business bank account.  Once you have made the application we will let you know within 3 days if your application is successful.

How we take payment

We only take payment by bank transfer.  All payments must be made from the company bank account. We do not take cash.

Orders made by 2.30pm will normally be dispatched for next working day delivery.  In busy periods this maybe 2-3 days.

How we handle returns

All our products are sold with manufactures warranty. If you do have to return an item because it is faulty please contact the sales team first and we will arrange a pick up. To return unwanted items you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
